Schwoewelbredle by Jean-Marc and Evelyne



Ingredients:

  • 250g butter

  • 150g almond powder

  • 375g flour

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1teaspon “baking powder”

  • 250g sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1⁄2 small glass of kirsch or rhum (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix together eggs and sugar.

  2. Soften the butter and add to the mix.

  3. Add almonds and kirsch.

  4. Then add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder.

  5. Knead into a ball.

  6. Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours.

  7. Spread the dough and use the shapes.

  8. Then add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder.

  9. Bake medium oven for 6 minutes.
